I don’t know if i love this dub sound because it reminds me another one featuring on an epic sequence from a graffiti writing documentary or because it reminds me some personal feelings from real graffiti sessions. But one thing is clear that tune represents well the latency tension happening before the time to act. Yeah, i’m speak about the rush of adrenaline :

Russia native SLAGONE is a talented graffiti artist who has an up-to-date vision of painting. Although, he has all the bases required to follow the rules of graffiti writing, he seems to be like a smart kiddo who need to not listen the teacher and to go over the edge. Thus, SLAGONE designs some disturb environments inspired by the urban loneliness where the geometry threats the human thinkings… Welcome in the brain damage of SLAGONE :

SECRET WALL TATTOOS

Often enough the hotels are some boring & impersonal places along with a depressive decoration. Some unknowns have independently decided to change the mood of “their” rooms by drawing on some hidden surfaces where the cleaning service doesn’t think to watch (on a wall under a frame / a mirror, on the floor under a bed, under a chair,… )
Thus the insomniac activist spends his night to create an ignorant art or to mediate front to his old graffiti if he has rent the same room. Before leaving, the unknown puts back in place every components to keep it secret. So the painting will be seen (or completed) only by a wondering mind :

Graffiti – Writing Focus Part 07 : EYES B [Brussels]

From Brussels, evolving into the NHR and the TsunamiGraffiti Crew,
EYES B is a graffiti writer with an interesting point of view. This activist designs some abstract & dynamic environments inspired by some macro views of organic elements. Nethertheless, that’s not a 100% abstract painting, his graffiti pieces still feature some letters written by just the minimum of outlines to be read (like on the vandal tags indeed).
On walls, EYES B is really playing with the full development of bombing : fat cap, skinny cap, flow, line, confusion, spitting, color, vapor, drip…all that seems to be made with no self-censorship.

This selection is focus on some walls that have a kind of feeling with the deep-sea environments, so welcome in the EYES B underworld :
