Outside Recordings is a discreet Electro – IDM record label possessing a really great catalogue. A couple of months ago after released the amazing album of ADJ, the label is back with an E.P signed by the gifted Seattle based producer 214 ( TwoFourteen ). His new project entitled “Eye Thoughts” features a serious content of 4 unique tracks along with 2 remixes. On this E.P, we find back the brilliant 214’s touch that is a blend of mental musics like Electro, Idm, Garage, Experimental,… The remixes of the title track bring up some other sounds to this project : the first is a glitchy version produced by MR ATOMIC (aka KRIS KRAUSE) and the second is a bass version by EXZAKT. Therefore the “Eye Thoughts” E.P will submerge you into even more mysterious hybrid world than you could imagine. Recommended!

Chris 214 from Seattle has produced a very interesting mix between IDM, Future Garage and Electro music (on the end). That kind of combo is unique although it has a real sence. IDM & Future Garage have some related tastes, feelings, sounds, bass and obviously the same impact on the mind : a sweet & melancholic request to Think… & to Dance. So, It’s a real pleasure to can hear some tracks from BODDIKA along with some tracks from 214 on one unique mix. The main part of the tracklist introduces some upcoming or unreleased sounds. So Great!
